How long does a fireplace install take?
Most gas log installs finish in a few hours on one visit. Inserts and electric units can take longer depending on venting, gas line, and the existing firebox. We'll give you a time window when we quote.
Do you supply the logs or insert?
Yes. We can supply gas log sets, inserts, glass media and matching hardware — or install units you already purchased if they're a safe fit. Tell us what you have in mind when you book.
What are the gas line requirements?
A dedicated, correctly sized gas line has to reach the firebox with a shutoff. If you already have one, we test it. If you don't, we'll tell you what's needed before any install starts — no surprises.
What affects the cost of installation?
Fireplace type (gas logs, insert, electric), whether we supply the unit, gas-line work, venting, and firebox condition. That's why the estimate is free — we price the actual job, not a guess from a photo.
